Enhanced Title Insurance Policies

You are insured against any losses you might incur from title theft and fraud after the sale, and you will be enrolled in Electronic Fraud Alert. Electronic Fraud Alert will notify you via email if a land record document is recoded involving your name. Electronic Fraud Alert is available in most counties in Alabama including Jefferson and Shelby County make sure your county has this service available.
- Coverage increases by 10% per year, up to 150% of the original sales price. Standard title policy’s max coverage is the sales price of the property.
- Permitting issues or zoning issues that affect your property are covered. Important for fix and flips or new construction.
